Lesson Structure
Lesson Structure
For our youngest swimmers (ages 2 and under), lessons are 15 minutes long and designed to be engaging and developmentally appropriate. Families can choose between a Coach & Me or Parent & Me format, depending on what works best for your child’s comfort and learning style.
All swimmers ages 3 and up will participate in 30-minute Coach & Me lessons, focusing on skill development, water safety, and confidence in the water.
Sibling lessons are also available upon request—please reach out to coordinate scheduling.
Private: One on One
Our Private Swim Lessons offer one-on-one instruction tailored to each swimmer’s individual needs and goals. These personalized sessions focus on water safety, technique improvement, and confidence building at any skill level. With dedicated attention from the instructor, swimmers progress at their own pace in a comfortable, supportive environment.
Parent and Me
Our parent & Me swim class is a fun, gentle introduction to the water for babies and toddlers (ages 3 months–3 years) alongside their parent. This class focuses on water comfort, safety skills, and bonding through songs, and guided instruction. Parents learn how to safely support their child in the water while helping them build confidence, coordination, and a love for swimming. No prior experience required!
Sibling Group class
Our Sibling Group swim class allows brothers and sisters of similar skill levels and ages to learn and grow together in the water. This class focuses on water safety, skill development, and teamwork through fun, engaging activities. Siblings encourage and support each other while improving their swimming skills in a positive, family-focused environment.
